Bhagirath Sewa Sansthan, a National Level Non-Govt. The organization is an Educational – Cum-Welfare and Socio-Economic Oriented Society registered under Societies Registration Act 1860. Society is serving the cause of the needy in different forms and manifestations throughout the country since its inception in 1975.The policy of the Society is to work for furthering its aims and objects through philanthropic and welfare services covering almost all the sectors and aspects of society. Sansthan has developed effective liaison, association, and collaboration with most of the Public and Private Bodies and Institutions all over the country. Several Central and State Ministries and Govt. Departments have therefore given recognition and granted registration to this Sansthan to act as a partner in the development of society and the country as a whole.


Sansthan is run and managed by its Governing Body comprising of nine members. The President, Secretary, and Treasurer are the office bearers of the supreme body. Sansthan has also the provision of appointing Advisory &Expert Subject Committees to look after its various activities. There is also a regular Executive Committee of the Sansthan to look after and manage the day-to-day affairs of the Sansthan.


The income and the property of the Society as well as management and control of Society and its institutions shall vest with the Governing Body of the Society. Sansthan receives grants, aids, and raises funds, loans, and deposits to run and maintain the institutions for furthering aims and objects of the Society. The income and property of the Society whenever derived shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objectives of the society.
